How fast can you get to the property?
Most Triangle properties get a site visit within 1-2 business days. Urgent closings can sometimes be handled same-day - call us.
Will the lender accept your letter?
Yes. We are a NC-licensed PE firm (P-3406). Our stamped letters are accepted by FHA, VA, conventional, and portfolio lenders across NC.
Do you charge a rush fee?
Standard turnaround is already 1-2 days with no surcharge. True same-day visits may carry a small expedite fee depending on location.
